Marketing

My research interests focus on relational marketing and the effectiveness of digital communication. I also intend to continue conducting research anchored in market segmentation and branding. I am interested in further exploring the appropriateness of various statistical tools in modeling marketing phenomena. Currently, I am involved in projects on big data analytics as a means of guiding strategic business decisions and day-to-day operations.
